Ace Cosmetics reserves the right to deny any return requests, replacements, or refunds at our sole discretion.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. To be considered for a replacement or store resolution, customers are required to provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) along with a screenshot or copy of the original order confirmation email.
